The Foundation is a membership-based organization, and we welcome your support. To become a member, a person or entity must pay an annual membership fee of $10.00 or more. Members receive a newsletter published by the Foundation and are entitled to discounts on educational programs. Even more important, however, members will have the satisfaction of knowing that they are helping to preserve and/or restore one of the world's increasingly scarce rainforests.

The initial Board of Trustees of the Foundation consists of William Connelly, Randall Tolpinrud and Jerry Robinson. Mr. Connelly and Mr. Robinson are both architects and members of the American Institute of Architects. Mr. Tolpinrud is a Real Estate Broker and educator. In addition, Mr. Tolpinrud is the author of a book on the principles of natural resource conservation.
